Anti-LRRC15 Antibody Drug Conjugates

Published in World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) & USPTO, 2026

This patent discloses antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) comprising anti-LRRC15 antibodies conjugated to topoisomerase I inhibitor payloads (exatecan) via cleavable peptide-based chemical linkers. LRRC15 (Leucine-Rich Repeat Containing 15) is expressed on cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) within the tumor microenvironment (TME) as well as directly on mesenchymal-derived tumor cells.

The invention describes ADC compositions, drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) profiles, payload conjugation methods, and formulations demonstrating antitumor activity, linker stability, and pharmacokinetics in preclinical models.
